Bird watching along Shoal Creek trail

It was wonderful to see everyone on the Shoal Creek trail Saturday for Conservancy’s spring bird walk along Shoal Creek. We had a great group and were led by a crew of skilled Travis Audubon leaders. Below is a list of the 29 species either spotted or heard during our walk. We broke into two groups and walking north and south along the trail from the parking lot along Parkway in Pease Park. Hope to see you at our next walk in May – the Geology of Shoal Creek.
