What:

Join Shoal Creek Conservancy and Diana S on April 4th for a forest bathing adventure along Shoal Creek!

Forest bathing is a practice of slowing down to connect with nature. You will be led by Diana through a series of mindfulness invitations to explore the beings on our walk path. This practice was developed in the 1980’s in Japan and has been shown to have both physical and emotional benefits (reduced anxiety, lowered blood pressure, etc).

We generally cover less than a mile over a multi-hour period. The goal is not to get from point A to point B but to really connect with the present moment. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. We recommend bringing water and any snacks you may need. Register below anytime after March 13th!
