All are welcome to attend the Shoal Creek Watershed Action Plan quarterly steering committee meeting, where Shoal Creek watershed updates will be shared, and topics relevant to the Shoal Creek Watershed will be discussed. This meeting will be in person at Tudor Cottage, Kingsbury Commons, Pease Park. A remote option will also be provided via Google Meet for those who prefer to join us virtually.

2. Business Owners’ Flood Forum Recap
Share WPD flooding resources. Recap of Business Owners flood forum – organized by SCC and our committee’s own Holland Jones. (Ivey/Maria, 10min)
3. WPD presentation re: microplastics – WPD’s Brent Bellinger (15min)
What can be done? Any actions SCC and partners can take to address the issue?
4. Bank stabilization project in Seiders Springs Greenbelt is complete; WPD began revegetation via seeding, SCC to guide volunteers in sapling planting at the site later this fall (Sierra- 5min)
5. Recap of Foster lane cleanup/ongoing need to work with Walmart around shopping cart litter (Maria- 5min)
6. Recap DIY Rain Gardens workshop- Sierra (5min)
7. Share updated Creekside Neighbors menu, and discuss ways to distribute it widely. (Maria/Krista, 10min)
