Join Shoal Creek Conservancy and Matt Borer this June 17th for a free workout along Shoal Creek! Matt, an Austin Fitness and Yoga native, has been working to help people achieve their fitness goals in ATX for over 20 years. This bodyweight workout will require no additional equipment and will be beginner friendly.
Please be sure to bring water, a yoga mat or blanket, and snacks if needed. All ages are welcome, with supervision. Please wear shoes you feel comfortable walking in and dress for exercising and the weather. At this time, masks are optional.
