Caitlin Gary is a native Austinite with deep Texas roots. She is the founder of Capital Growth Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage, and has a passion for working with local entrepreneurs (from startup founders to retiring owners) on their retail, office, and warehouse real estate. Her team focuses on helping clients make strategic decisions that will have meaningful impacts on their businesses and portfolios today and for years ahead.
A resident and office tenant of downtown Austin, Caitlin has a deep love for our city’s urban built environments, green spaces, and historic and environmental preservation. In her free time, she enjoys cheering for both the Longhorns and the Baylor Bears, hiking, hosting friends and family, and generally creating and fostering community.
