Riverside Resources Pays it Forward
July 21, 2015 | By Shoal Creek Conservancy
We have some great news to announce as Austin development company Riverside Resources, responsible for construction of the Fifth & West condominium tower, has made a payment of $320,000.00 to the City of Austin. This money will provide funding for a preliminary engineering report on Shoal Creek that will allow for enhancements to be made and solutions to be found for problems along the creek.
What’s more, Riverside Resources has also generously pledged $75,000.00 to Shoal Creek Conservancy over the next 3 years.
We are excited, and grateful, and look forward to the lasting benefits this funding will provide.
