Fifth and West Development Unveiling

The exciting new developments continue in downtown Austin! Riverside Resources will unveil its Fifth & West project on November 4 at The Grove on West 6th Street from 6 to 8pm, RSVP to attend. The Fifth & West project will include 154 residential condos and stand 39 stories tall. Attendees at the unveiling will see, for the very first time, a large detailed scale model of the building as well as the latest updated imagery. Residences are currently for sale, and Fifth & West is providing Shoal Creek Conservancy memberships to each of its residents upon move-in.
As a part of the Fifth & West development, Riverside Resources entered an agreement with the city, which directly benefits Shoal Creek. On July 19, 2015, Riverside Resources paid the city $320,000, which will fund a preliminary engineering report for trail and stream bank improvements along Shoal Creek from 5th Street to the south entrance of Pease Park. In addition, Riverside Resources pledged $75,000 over 3-years to the Shoal Creek Conservancy (Champion Level).
