Panel Session at SXSW Eco

The Shoal Creek Conservancy’s Executive Director, Joanna Wolaver, moderated a panel at the SXSW Eco Conference on Monday, October 7. The panel, entitled Private Conservancies and Public Spaces: Partnering for Greenways, explored nonprofit models for enhancing public greenways in urban areas. Speakers included Austin’s own George Cofer of the Hill Country Conservancy and Susan Rankin of The Trail Foundation in addition to Charlie McCabe of the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston and Chuck Flink of Alta Planning+Design.
