Welcome Fall 2015 Interns

September 29, 2015  | By Shoal Creek Conservancy

This month, we are joined by our Fall Interns. We have a great group this semester, and look forward to getting to work with them all!

Emily Peacock is returning as our Communications and Marketing Intern. She is a Geophysics Major at the University of Texas in the Jackson School of Geosciences. Her focus is seismic interpretation and she’s innately obsessed with rocks & minerals.

Our new Development Intern is Lucy Huang. Lucy is also attending UT and is a Management Information Systems (MIS) Major at the Red McCombs School of Business. Her passion revolves around sustainability, and she loves puns!

Last but definitely not least, our new Volunteer and Programming Intern is Aleyna La Croix. Aleyna is a recent graduate of Brown University with a degree in Biology. Her interests include ecological preservation and the study of honey bees.

If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by and say hello to the new intern crew.
